Information is hard to come across on the internet about hacking... well good information anyway, alot of it seems to be corrupted or incomplete in some way or just trying to get you to download some sort of program, after searching across the internet for sometime i have come to the conclusion that forums are the best places to go looking for all you hacking information needs, but these forums can be just as bad for information on hacking because of the so called "1337 hackers" who think the the shit... but in reality they properly just as bad as the scriptkiddies but i have for 2 good websites for information and these are

artofhacking is god for information to some extent you just have to sift through a shit load of text files to find the right one

Government security is also a very good website where you will find lot of good relevant information by security professionals who are not over zealous about giving out information and will help you as much as they can, so long as you not stupid with your questions
